These rules and regulations are set in place for your protection and will be
enforced so that your stay may be as safe and enjoyable as possible.
- All Camping fee’s are payable in advance at the time of check in. Your RV/
Camper or tent is for the use of you and your immediate family. Your site is not
to be used by friends, distance relatives etc when your not in the campground.
Anyone wishing to spend time on your site is required to check in at the main
office and pay regular camping fee’s.
- Check out time is at 12 noon. Except by special permission.
- 10 km per hour speed limit must be observed at all times within the
campground. Speeding will result in an instant eviction without refund!!
- Visitors must check in at the front office when arriving and leave the
campground by 11pm. You are responsible for your guests actions at all times.
Pool passes are available to your guests at the main office for a fee of $3.00
per person where a waterproof braclet will be issued. Registered family members
( son or daughter ) of seasonal campers are exempt from this fee. All other
family members are required to purchase a braclet for swimming. Your visitors
must purchase their own tent site if they wish to spend the night in the
campground.
- Dogs must be controlled at all times and are never to be left alone at
your campsite unattended, or allowed to bark or disturb other campers. Owners or
dog walkers must clean up after the dog whenever the need occurs.
- Drunk and or disorderly conduct which may include but not limited to loud
noise, use of obscene language, rowdy behavior on property, misuse or abuse of
campground property or disturbing other campers will result in eviction without
refund. If campground eviction results in RCMP escort the campground owners are
not liable for any cause or action should these events occur.
- Limit of two vehicles per site at any one time. There is a parking area at
the front entrance for visitors.
- Washing your RV/camper or vehicle is forbidden.
- Do not cut or damage trees without permission from owners.
- Fire pits are not to be moved for any reason without permission from
owners.
- Parents are responsible for their children and their actions at all
times. Abuse, misuse or damage to campground equipment or facilities will become
the responsibility of the parents and could result in eviction. Children are not
be roaming around the campground unattended , or disturbing other campers. All
children must wear a helmet while riding their bikes. Children are to ride their
bikes at a reasonable speed and not to be reckless. No bikes are to be ridden
after dark. Children must return to their site by dark.
- Our swimming pool is not life guarded and is for the use of registered
guests only. Pool hours and rules are posted at the pool. These rules are in
place for everyone’s safety. Children still in diapers must wear a little
swimmer diaper. These diapers are available at the main office free of charge.
Adult swimming is from 8pm to 9 pm daily.
- Fireworks are not permitted on the campground.
- Please use LED lighting when decorating your camping area.
- Mini bikes, ATV and dirt bikes are prohibited.
- Garbage must be bagged appropriately according to recycling laws and
placed in appropriate bins provided. Never burn you garbage in the fire pits. No
littering on the campground.
- Entrance onto the campground property
constitutes permission for the management of Jaggars Point Campground to
photograph or video the visitor while on the premise and to use any resulting
photos or videos for any lawful purpose without compensation to the
visitor."
Failure to follow any of these rules listed above and on the campground may
result in immediate eviction without refund.
